  • If you require our residential services, please print out our General Agreement and complete the Acceptance page of the General Agreement and Fax to (615) 867-2001. Please call our office, (615) 848-5000, to verify receipt of your fax.Once we have received the Acceptance page of the General Agreement, we will call the client to set up an appointment.

  • If you require our services for a commercial application, please call our office for pricing, (615) 848-5000, and ask to speak with Bob.

        Answers to FAQ's:

    • -Our Basic Fee for a 30 mile radius is $750.00

    -An extra charge of $50.00 will be added for drive time for each 30 mile increment in excess of the basic 30 mile radius, (subject to location).

    -Normal response time for a Verbal Report is one workday, delivery of a full Written Report is normally one to two weeks after the inspection.
